In 2020, we started building Ralu by focusing all our efforts on building the easiest, most user-friendly, customizable customer experience platform available. A product we would use and one that would cater to a wide range of user types.

We wanted to build a product that was completely customer focused. Every decision we make is driven by our goal to make the product more valuable for our customers.

Our product is constantly evolving, driven by the requirements of our growing customer base. While things kicked off in London, UK, we now have customers scattered across the globe in every time zone.
